Things to Remember

  • Please leave a contact telephone number.
  • With young children, agree beforehand who is going to bring nappies, drink etc.
  • Please try to keep to the agreed times.
  • Please ensure you are signed out when you leave the Centre.
  • Please put away any toys before you leave.
  • For everyone's protection, please leave doors open unless there is a window in the door.
  • If the court order or agreed arrangements change, please bring any new paperwork.
  • Parents are responsible for looking after their children whilst in the Centre.

And a few simple rules
(If you don't comply, you may be asked to leave.)

Please don't bring family or friends not involved in the contact arrangements. 
-They will not be allowed to see the children and you could lose your own contact.

Please don't come if you have been drinking or are under the influence of drugs.
- You will not be allowed to have contact.

No alcohol is allowed in the Centre.

Smoking is not allowed on the premises.

Photography and videoing are only allowed by arrangement.
- Ask a volunteer, if you wish to take a photograph. Other children must not be included in the photographs.
- Any still photography taken or video recorded at the Centre must not be uploaded, shared or published on any social media website or platform. This includes Facebook, Instagram or all other sites/platforms.

Please, don't argue in front of the children
- It isn't fair on the children

Abusive or aggressive behaviour is not accepted.
